Shipping

We work on demand or small stock to avoid overproduction and waste.

For deliveries in France, it normally takes 1-3 business days. For standard International European shipping, it can take 5-10 business days depending on your country. We supply you with a code, so you can track your package as soon as it leaves our studio.

Returns 

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s) to return them.

We can’t provide refunds. Exchange or store credit of the articles will only be accepted if the product(s) ordered are returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Beyond this, we reserve the right to refuse the return or the refund. All enquiries must be sent to hellomansaeditions@gmail.com 

Please write your order number in the email’s subject line.

We do not provide a return label. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return of the items. Taxes or duties on international shipments are non-refundable.
